For a Refund from Amazon.com the Returned Item must:

• Be in new condition
• Be returned to Amazon within 30 days of delivery
• Be returned unopened with all original packaging and accessories
• Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after the item is received and processed.

Return shipping is easy and flexible. You can return your order using a label from the Amazon.com Online Returns Center.

Return Your Order

To return an item you ordered:

1. Go to the amazon.com , and click Return items.
2. Find the order you want to return, and click Return an item from this order. If you don’t see the order you’re looking for, select another option from the See more menu, and then click Go.
3. Select the items you want to return.
4. Enter the quantity of items, select an option from the Reason for return menu, and then add any additional information in the Comments box.
5. To continue, select your return option.
6. Select your preferred return shipping method.
7. Click Print all return labels to print the return authorization and return label.
8. Put the return authorization inside of your package and attach the label to the outside.

Note – If you return an item using the return label provided in the amazon.com , and the reason for return is not a result of an Amazon.com error, the will be deducted from your refund. If you choose the U.S. Postal Service option, the amount that will be deducted from your refund is displayed. “Guaranteed Fit” Return Policy

Our Guaranteed Fit Promise comes with a full refund of the purchase price and all shipping costs.  This offer is not valid outside United States.  To qualify for our “Guaranteed Fit” Return Policy the following procedures must be followed: Within 10 days of delivery of your order email or call our Honolulu Office to notify us of your claim.  Send a picture of the inside of your toilet tank with the Tap-n-Flush Weight Controller hung from the front tank wall (entire inside of toilet tank with Tap-n-Flush Weight Controller needs to be in view).  Your order must be returned to Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery and it must be returned using the return label provided in the amazon.com .  Do not include any additional items with your return, (only the Tap-n-Flush) can be included with your return shipment.  Amazon.com will provide a refund of the purchase price less the return shipping cost.  Email or mail our Honolulu office your Amazon return receipt showing the return shipping deduction from the total refund and we will refund the return shipping cost.    Return shipping refunds will be in the form of company check and processed within 7 to 14 days after amazon.com has received and processed the returned item.

Note – The following toilets are not included in the Guaranteed Fit Return Policy: Pressure Assisted Toilets, Bucket Style Flushing Systems, Tankless Toilets (Commercial Building Plumbing), Toilets equipped with pre-installed water saving devices or Dual Flush / Pre-Converted Dual-Flush Toilets.  It is common knowledge that toilets excluded from the Guaranteed Fit Return Policy cannot be converted into dual-flush without significant modification to the toilets existing flushing system.
